Privacy

ScopeDraft uses the information you provide to create and manage proposal drafts. This page explains what is involved and the choices available to you.

Sign-in and your workspace

ScopeDraft has its own accounts, using an email address and password. Account identifiers, email addresses, display names, and sign-in records are used to manage access and associate saved drafts, credit records, and support requests with the correct account. A session cookie keeps you signed in. Account authentication is separate from the AI service used to generate proposals.

Briefs and AI-generated drafts

When you request a draft, your brief and the information needed to generate the proposal are sent to the AI provider selected in the service configuration. DeepSeek is the current default. OpenAI is configured as an alternative and may receive briefs if the operator switches the service to OpenAI. Requests do not automatically fall back from one provider to the other.

The selected provider processes this information under its applicable terms and privacy policy, including any retention and data-use rules. ScopeDraft does not promise zero retention or that submitted information will never be used for model training. Provide information you are authorized to share. You can replace client names and remove confidential details before generating a draft. The generated proposal may contain mistakes, so review it before using it.

Saved drafts and deletion

Saved proposals and related account records are stored in a persistent database on the service’s server. They belong to your ScopeDraft account and can be reopened from Draft history after signing in. Editing an existing saved proposal automatically saves changes after a short pause. To keep a sample, choose Save copy to cloud. If the workspace says Unsaved or reports a save failure, those changes have not been confirmed as saved. Your workspace also lets you delete saved drafts. Deletion removes the draft from your active saved records; it does not remove copies you have downloaded, copied, or shared elsewhere.

Account, transaction, support, and service-security records are separate from a saved proposal. Some may need to be retained to resolve disputes, prevent abuse, operate the service, or meet legal requirements. To request deletion of account data beyond an individual draft, use the support form in your workspace.

Temporary browser state

Unsaved inputs and anonymous sample edits stay in the current page until you generate or save a proposal. If you choose to sign in from the workspace, the current tab can temporarily hold your input and sample edits in session storage so they can be restored after sign-in. This transfer is valid for 30 minutes and is removed when the workspace reads it. It is not your permanent draft history. Saving to your account stores the proposal on the server; downloading a copy creates a file you control.

Payments

Paid checkout is not currently open. Stripe processes payments when Stripe checkout is offered; PayPal processes payments only when PayPal is offered instead. The selected provider handles payment details under its own privacy terms. ScopeDraft receives payment references, pack details, amounts, currency, payment and refund status, and any payer information needed to credit the correct account, investigate disputes, and handle support. We do not collect or store full card numbers in ScopeDraft.

Support requests

The support form stores your message with the account information needed for the service operator to review it. It does not send an automatic email reply or promise an immediate response. Include an order reference for payment questions, but do not send passwords, full card numbers, or API keys. A support request does not automatically attach all of your saved proposals.

Cookies and service providers

ScopeDraft uses a session cookie for its own account authentication. Server hosting, AI processing, and payment providers receive the information needed for their part of the service. Their processing may occur outside your country.

We do not sell your briefs, proposals, or account data. We do not publish your saved proposals as public pages. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to address fraud, security issues, or a dispute.

Your choices and questions

You can edit and delete saved drafts, download your work, and avoid submitting information that is unnecessary for a proposal. For access, correction, account deletion, or privacy questions, submit a request through support in your workspace. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request.

This notice will be updated when the service’s data practices change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
