Terms of use
ScopeDraft helps you turn a client brief into an editable proposal. You remain responsible for deciding what to offer and for reviewing the document you share.
Using the service
Use your own account and submit only material you are entitled to use. Do not attempt to access another person’s workspace, bypass usage limits, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful or misleading activity. Keep your ScopeDraft password and account recovery information secure and contact support if you believe someone else has accessed your workspace.
Your drafts and decisions
You retain your rights in the material you submit. You allow ScopeDraft and the service providers described in our privacy notice to process it as needed to provide the service. Proposal generation uses DeepSeek by default, or OpenAI when selected in the service configuration. Your ScopeDraft email-and-password account is independent of the selected AI provider. There is no automatic fallback between providers.
AI-generated text can be incomplete or wrong. Review names, claims, deliverables, prices, calculations, deadlines, and assumptions before sharing a proposal. ScopeDraft does not approve your pricing, enter an agreement with your client, provide legal advice, or guarantee that a proposal will win work. A generated draft is not a substitute for professional advice where you need it.
Credits and paid checkout
Paid checkout is not currently open. Displayed credit-pack prices describe the planned offer; no purchase can be completed until checkout is enabled.
Credit packs are one-time purchases rather than recurring subscriptions. One credit is charged for a successfully generated draft. Failed generations do not use a credit. Manual editing, saving a sample copy to your account, and exporting an existing draft do not use AI credits. Starting a new generation uses another credit, including when you use a revised brief.
The checkout shows the applicable pack, total price, and currency before payment. Stripe processes payments when Stripe checkout is offered; PayPal processes payments only when PayPal is offered instead. Credits are added after payment is confirmed, which may take longer than the return to your workspace. Keep the order reference so that support can investigate a missing or incorrect balance. Check a pending order before starting another purchase.
Refunds and payment problems
For an incorrect charge, a paid pack that did not arrive, or another refund request, use the support form in your workspace and include the transaction reference and a short explanation. Requests will be reviewed against the transaction record and applicable consumer rights. These terms do not exclude any refund or cancellation right that cannot legally be excluded.
A refunded or disputed payment removes the credits associated with that pack, including credits already used, and may leave a negative balance. Partial refunds also remove the pack’s credits pending manual review; contact support to resolve the appropriate adjustment. A dispute outcome may need manual review before credits are restored.
A failed generation should leave your credit balance unchanged. If it does not, contact support rather than purchasing another pack to replace the missing credit.
Saving and exporting
Saved proposals are held in your account in the server database. You can reopen, edit, export, and delete them from Draft history. Edits to saved proposals automatically save after a short pause; check for Saved to cloud before leaving. If a save fails, the workspace keeps the current edits in the page and provides a manual retry. Anonymous sample edits are not part of your saved history until you sign in and save a copy. You may also export copies for your own records. The service may change or be temporarily unavailable, and no uninterrupted availability is promised.
Changes and contact
We may update the service and these terms. The date above identifies the current version. Any purchase is subject to the offer and terms presented when you make it; a later price change does not retroactively change that transaction.
For questions about these terms, your account, or a future purchase, use support in your workspace.
